Our School

History

Wildwood Elementary School opened in August 2015, and is located at Northpointe Boulevard and Shaw Road in the southern portion of the district. This 111,151 square foot school is designed for approximately 900 students in grades kindergarten through four.

The design includes classrooms in a configuration which allows for flexibility, separation of grade levels, and the ability to expand grade levels within the same area of the building. Each grade level area provides an open space for collaboration and smaller classrooms that can be used for small group instruction. A main corridor divides the campus and serves as the entrance to the centrally located library. The design also features a cafeteria, an art room, a science lab, computer lab, music room, teacher workroom, gymnasium, and a drop-off/pickup loop.
