WELCOME 2018-2019 KINDERGARTENERS!

I'm so happy to be your kindergarten teacher! I began teaching in 2008 and this is my fourth year as a Wildcat. I absolutely love teaching and making it a fun environment to learn and succeed.

I graduated from the University of Texas, and my daughter attends Trinity University in San Antonio.  She is majoring in Chemistry, and is graduating in May of 2019.

I know we are going to have an awesome year in kindergarten!

*Please provide a water bottle for you child every day, and put their name on it.
*Please provide a quick, dry snack with your child every day, such as: goldfish, pretzels, crackers, or other easy-to-eat snack items.  Please do not send yogurt, go-gurt, jello, applesauce cups or fruit cups

*Students will need headphones that go over the ears as the computer lab headphones are a little too large for our kindergarteners.  You can purchase at Walmart or Target for about $10, and they will be returned in May to you. Please try and bring to school by September 6th, and please put their name on them with a sharpie.    The students will store them in their cubbies to use.

**Please bring a gallon Ziploc bag (labeled with your child's name) with undergarments/shorts or pants ~ incase of accidents.  I have a cabinet in our class restroom to store the bags.    Please keep an extra pair of shoes/socks in their backpack.

Box Tops:  I will gladly accept those from you.  Please send in a Ziploc baggie with your student.
