I'm very excited about starting my 11th year in Tomball ISD. I have taught 4th grade each of those years, and I'm so thankful to have found my spot at Wildwood after teaching at Canyon Pointe, Timber Creek, and Creekview Elementary. I truly love working with kids in smaller groups and try to set up my activities in the classroom to allow me to do that. This helps me learn more about your child's learning styles as well as strengths and weaknesses in different areas.
I was so happy to begin working for Tomball ISD since it feels like home to me. I attended Tomball Schools myself since Kindergarten and graduated from Tomball High School. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else! I then went on to graduate from Baylor University in 2008. Sic 'Em Bears!!
Along with education, my family is also very important to me. Mr. Richards is a US Marine who also works as a Superintendent in the construction business. We have three handsome boys; Kason is an 8th grader at Grand Lakes JH, Kayde is a 6th grader at Oakcrest, Kyler is a 3rd grader, and Kinley is 3. When I do have any free time, I enjoy to cook yummy meals for me and my family, teach my kids new board games, and have puzzle parties with my friends. I also love to lounge around with a great "can't put me down" book near the pool. I hope I get to learn a little more about you and your child as the year goes on. I am thrilled about being back at Wildwood for the 21-22 school year!
